We are operating a number of Websites and Services using the lovelysystems.com domain. They cover different aspects of our customers and therefor have different needs for legal protection.

www.lovelysystems.com is covering general information aspects and informs the world about what we are actually doing. We are providing most content (unless otherwise noted) on the site using a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.

backstage.lovelysystems.com is a portal for our customers, where information about specific projects is exchanged. Since our customers and we might exchange sensitive data using the extranet website, we are making sure that projects are only accessed by people with adequate authorisation. To potect the sensetive data on a mutual basis, we have brought a none disclousre agreement in place. If you want to gain access to the lovelysystems backstage area you need to accept the lovely NDA.

We are also operating a code repository on svn.lovelysystems.com which gives access to the source code of several Lovely Systems projects. Programers who want to contribute to the repository need to fill in a contributor agreement and send it to us.

For all of our services where you have to supply personal data (newsletter, nda, extranet registration, etc.) we are complying to our privacy statement.

If you don’t have a special contract with Lovely Systems and you are purchasing any service or product from Lovely Systems it is quite important to understand our general standard business conditions.

Unless you are a lawyer yourself you might agree that all of this legal stuff is sometimes a bit boring and frustrating. But it might be better to go through a bit of boredom and frustration right now, than having a lot of troubles later ;-)
